Crispy Herb Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    2/3 c. instant potato flakes
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese (may use reduced fat)
    1/3 c. margarine, melted (liquid Butter Buds may be substituted)
    4 to 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Grease Pyrex dish with nonstick spray. Mix potato flakes, garlic and Parmesan cheese.
    Dip chicken into melted margarine; roll into potato mix to coat.
    Place in baking dish; sprinkle any uncoated areas with mixture.
    Bake for 30 to 45 minutes, or until golden.
