Pumpkin Chip Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/2 c. oleo
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
3/4 c. pumpkin
3/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 c. walnuts, chopped
Preparation

Cream
oleo
and sugar.
Blend in eggs; beat well.
Add dry ingredients alternately with pumpkin, beginning and ending with dry
ingredients.
Stir in chips and nuts.\tSprinkle the top
with 1/4
cup
chopped\twalnuts
(only 1/2 cup goes into batter). Bake in a greased 9 x 6-inch loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for 65 to 70 minutes, or until it tests done.
Glaze when cool.
