Italian Beef Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) boneless beef rump roast
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    2 tsp. instant beef bouillon granules
    3 medium green peppers, cut into strips (3 c.)
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    2 c. water
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    1 tsp. crushed red pepper
    pinch of parsley
    pinch of basil
    8 crusty hoagie rolls, split
Preparation
    Place roast, fat side up, on rack in a roasting pan.
    Roast, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 about 1 1/2 hours or until thermometer is 145\u00b0 (medium-rare). Cool for 30 minutes, then cover and chill.
