Butternut Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. soft butter
1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 c. finely chopped nuts
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar in mixing bowl.
Add salt, vanilla, flour and nuts.
Mix well.
Shape dough in one-inch balls.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 12 to 14 minutes at 375\u00b0 until light golden brown.
Roll in 1/4 cup powdered sugar while warm. Let cool; roll in powdered sugar again.
