Orange Blossoms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    juice and rind of 2 oranges
    juice and rind of 2 lemons
    1 1/2 lb. confectioners sugar
    yellow or white cake mix
Preparation
    Combine grated rinds and juice of 2 oranges and 2 lemons.
    Add confectioners sugar well and let stand.
    Prepare 1 package cake mix according to directions.
    Fill greased cupcake pans with 1 teaspoon each of batter. Bake 10 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until slightly brown.
    Roll cakes into icing mixture, coating well.
    Place on wax paper.
    Makes 7 to 8 dozen.
