Carrots And Walnuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots in 1/4 to 1/2 inch slices
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. olive oil
    1/4 c. chopped walnuts
    1 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook carrots with water until tender in covered pan over medium heat.
    Combine olive oil, nuts, lemon peel and salt in a bowl.
    Add carrots.
    Toss.
    Serve warm.
