Pizza Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. (7 oz.) wide noodles
    1/2 c. lean ground beef
    1 c. onions, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    2 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) small pepperoni
    1 (2 1/2 oz.) sliced olives
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    2 c. Mozzarella cheese
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a large skillet, cook ground beef, onions and bell peppers for 7 to 9 minutes, until meat browns and veggies are crisp.
    Drain cooked noodles; add Italian seasoning, pepperoni slices, ripe olives, tomato sauce and paste.
    Mix well. Fold in 1 cup of the shredded Mozzarella.
    Pour mixture into ungreased 2-quart baking dish.
    Top with rest of cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 35 minutes, until heated throughly and cheese begins to brown.
    Sprinkle with parsley (optional).
    Makes 6 servings.
