Lemon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 C margarine
    1 C sugar
    2 eggs beaten
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 1/2 C flour
    1/2 C milk
    1/2 C chopped nuts
    grated peel of one lemon
Preparation
    Cream margarine, sugar and eggs. Dust nuts and lemon peel in a little flour. Alternately add dry ingredients with milk. Add nuts and peel. Divide into 2 small greased and floured pans. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until done.
