Shake And Bake For Chicken Or Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. fine bread crumbs
1/2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 3/4 tsp. onion powder
1 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1 2/3 Tbsp. oil

Preparation

Combine all ingredients and store in the refrigerator.
Makes enough to coat 2 to 3 pounds of chicken or fish.
