Breakfast Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    1 (18 oz.) pkg. crescent rolls
    1 c. thawed hash brown potatoes
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    5 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    whole pimentos
    fresh oregano
Preparation
    Cook sausage in a medium skillet until browned; drain.
    Set aside.
    Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles.
    Place triangles with elongated points toward center in a greased 12-inch pizza pan.
    Press bottom and sides to form a crust; seal perforations. Spoon sausage over dough; sprinkle with hash brown potatoes and Cheddar cheese.
    Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper; pour over sausage mixture.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake 5 more minutes.
    Garnish with pimento and fresh oregano, if desired.
    Serves 6 to 8.
