Mock Chicken Fried Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    2 c. crushed cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. skim milk
    2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/4 lb. lean ground round or sirloin
    5 Tbsp. light oleo margarine
Preparation
    Combine egg, 3/4 cup cracker crumbs, milk, onion, chili powder and Worcestershire sauce. Add ground round. Mix well. Shape into patties and coat with remaining cracker crumbs. Cook in margarine about 4 minutes on each side or until done the way you like.
