Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 qt. popped popcorn
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. margarine
    1/2 c. white Karo syrup
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    dash of cream of tartar
Preparation
    Heat to boiling all ingredients except popped corn.
    Stir constantly.
    Put popped corn in 2 pans and pour 1/2 caramel mixture over each.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Stir every 15 minutes.
