Ingredients

2 c. warm water (115~ to 120~)
2 pkg. active dry yeast
5 c. unsifted flour
2 tsp. salt
Preparation

In small bowl, combine water and yeast.
Stir until dissolved. Combine flour and salt; stir in yeast until moistened.
Knead on floured surface until smooth and elastic, 5 to 7 minutes.
Add flour to prevent sticking.
Place dough in greased bowl, turning to grease all sides.
Let rise in draft-free place about 2 hours. Punch dough down.
Cover with inverted bowl; let rest 15 minutes. Makes 2 crusts.
Cover with your favorite sauce, toppings and cheese.
Bake in a 425\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
