Strawberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 regular pkg. strawberry Jell-O
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    24 large marshmallows
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 pt. whipping cream or Cool Whip
    2 c. cottage cheese
Preparation
    Drain pineapple; add enough water to make 1 1/2 cups.
    Cook with marshmallows until melted.
    Add Jell-O and let almost set. Add nuts, pineapple, whipped topping and cottage cheese. Refrigerate until the next day and ready to serve.
