Cauliflower In Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. pkg. frozen cauliflower
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. dry mustard
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. cheese, cubed
Preparation
    Cook cauliflower as directed on package and place in a casserole dish.
    Melt margarine.
    Add flour and mustard.
    Stir until well mixed.
    Gradually add milk.
    When slightly thickened, add 1/2 cup cheese.
    When cheese has melted, pour over the cauliflower and bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
