Stombolee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 loaves frozen bread dough
    1 egg
    1/4 to 1/2 lb. boiled ham
    1/4 lb. Provolone cheese
    1/4 lb. pepperoni
    1/4 lb. salami
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Thaw dough and press into 11 x 14-inch pan.
    Cover with a damp cloth for 5 minutes; press again.
    Beat egg and brush half on dough.
    Layer the meats and Provolone until gone.
    Add Parmesan to remainder of egg and pour over meat.
    Spread other half of dough and place on top.
    Seal edges and brush top with melted butter. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Serve with spaghetti or pizza sauce.
