Mexican Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. sausage
    1/2 chopped onion
    1 c. cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. cream of chicken soup
    1 c. chopped Ro-Tel
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    First brown ground beef, sausage and onion and drain off excess grease.
    Add soups and Ro-Tel with 2 pounds Velveeta cheese.
    Stir over low heat until cheese is melted.
    Serve hot over Doritos.
