Ski Pot Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew beef, cubed
    1 can peas
    1 c. sliced carrots
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 large potato (raw), sliced
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 c. dry red wine
    bay leaf
    freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in a large ovenproof casserole with a tight fitting cover.
    Put in preheated oven (275\u00b0) and let it do its thing for 5 hours or more.
