Chocolate Chunk Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    1 c. mashed bananas
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. milk
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. sweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Stir eggs, bananas, oil and milk until well blended.
    Add flour, sugar, baking powder and salt; stir until just moistened. Stir in chocolate and nuts.
    Pour into a greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
    Bake for 55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
    Cool in pan to 10 minutes.
    Remove from pan to cool on a wire rack.
    Makes 1 loaf.
