Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 large sweet potatoes
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 stick margarine
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 c. brown sugar
    half and half or milk
    marshmallows or pecans
Preparation
    Bake sweet potatoes.
    Scoop pulp out of potatoes and place in bowl.
    Add remaining ingredients (milk until smooth consistency). Top with marshmallows or pecans and bake at 350\u00b0 until marshmallows are light brown.
