Lo-Cal Fettucini Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. non-fat cottage cheese
8 oz. fat-free cream cheese
1 c. skim milk
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 egg
1 tsp. garlic
salt and pepper to taste
seafood or chicken
Preparation

Blend all ingredients and heat until bubbly.
Add seafood or chicken.
Pour over cooked fettucini.
