Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    8 chicken breasts or 1 chicken
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Butter 9 x 12-inch oblong pan.
    Blend together rice, salt, soups, milk, celery and onion.
    Pour in oblong pan.
    Salt and pepper chicken and place on top of rice mixture.
    Bake uncovered for 2 1/2 hours.
    Put in 350\u00b0 oven.
    After cooked through good, turn heat down to 300\u00b0 and cook until rice is tender.
