The Babitt'S Amaretto Whipped Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 1/2 c. coconut
    4 eggs
    2 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin
    1/3 c. cold water
    1/2 c. Amaretto
    1/8 tsp. almond extract
    1 qt. whipping cream
    12 fresh strawberries
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Grease bottom of 10-inch spring-form pan.
    Combine graham crackers, 1/4 cup sugar and butter.
    Press on bottom of spring-form pan.
    Evenly distribute coconut on baking sheet.
    Toast coconut until golden brown (about 15 minutes).
    Set aside.
