Angel Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. cracker crumbs (24 saltines)
    1/4 tsp. almond extract
    1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. whipped cream
    2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until foamy.
    Gradually add 1 cup sugar and vanilla.
    Beat until soft peaks form.
    Mix crackers and 1 cup pecans and fold into egg whites.
    Spoon into 9-inch grease pan to form shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Cool.
    Mix cream, 2 tablespoons sugar, vanilla and almond extract.
    Whip until thick and fill shell.
    Sprinkle with 1/2 cup pecans.
