Salmon Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. horseradish
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
Preparation
    Mix
    together and chill.
    When chilled, shape and cover with 3 tablespoons parsley flakes or 1/2 cup chopped pecans.
