Irish Soda Bread With Sour Cream - cooking recipe

3 c. flour
1 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. raisins
3 tsp. caraway seed (optional)
3 eggs, lightly beaten
16 oz. sour cream
pinch of salt
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour tube pan or Bundt pan. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a large bowl.
Add raisins and caraway seed.
Blend eggs and sour cream in a small bowl.
Fold into flour mixture until lightly blended. Spoon mixture into pan.
Bake 1 hour.
Let set for a few minutes, then turn out onto rack to cool.
