Stuffed Ground Beef Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1/2 c. water
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese with chives
    flour (to coat rolls)
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. beef broth
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. tarragon leaves
Preparation
    Blend ground beef, egg, salt, pepper, bread crumbs and water; mixture will be moist.
    Roll in 20-inch long wax paper.
    Form a 4-inch wide strip of the meat the length of the wax paper.
