Broccoli Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. head broccoli, diced
    2 c. cooked rice
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    10 3/4 oz. can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. milk
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Parboil broccoli in 1/2 cup boiling salted water until crisp-tender.
    Drain well.
    Place in 2-quart casserole.
    Stir in rice and half the cheese.
