Jane Spencer'S Microwaved Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 small to medium potatoes, sliced
    2 green bell peppers, cut in slices
    1 onion, cut in rings
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Spray baking dish with Pam.
    Layer potatoes, peppers, onion, salt and pepper.
    Repeat until at top of dish.
    Dot with oleo, if desired.
    Seal with saran wrap.
    Microwave on high 5 minutes. Stir.
    Microwave on high 5 more minutes.
    Serves 6.
