Crackling Cornbread(50 Years Or Older) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. self-rising flour
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 1/2 c. cracklings
    1 1/2 c. self-rising meal
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 1/4 c. sweet milk
Preparation
    Mix flour, meal and sugar.
    Now add egg and milk.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Add cracklings; mix well.
    Bake in well-oiled skillet or pan.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for about 25 minutes or until golden brown.
