Barbecued Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 ribs celery, diced
    2 large onions, diced
    1 (5 to 7 lb.) brisket
    1/2 c. Coca-Cola
    1/2 c. barbecue sauce
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Place diced celery and onions into large shallow pan that will accommodate brisket.
    Lay brisket on top.
    Combine Coke, barbecue sauce, catsup and water and pour over brisket.
    Roast, covered, 3 hours at 325\u00b0, watching level of liquid.
