Anything Curry(Spicy Hot!) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. almond oil
2 Tbsp. sesame oil
1 large onion, cubed
2 large tomatoes, cubed
1 jalapeno pepper, cubed
2 Tbsp. finely chopped ginger root
4 Tbsp. wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. lime juice
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 lb. chicken chunks, shrimp or vegetables
water
1/2 c. curry powder
2 tsp. mustard seed
1 Tbsp. turmeric
1/4 c. garlic powder
1/8 c. chili powder
1 tsp. cumin
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation

Mix all the spices together in a large bowl.
Blend well. Pour vinegar, lime juice and enough water to make a thick paste. Set aside.
Cook onions, peppers, jalapeno and ginger root in oils until soft.
Add tomatoes and cook down.
