Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cooled 9 inch Pastry Shell
1 1/2 cup sugar
5 level tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 cups boiling water
Preparation

Mix all of the above together and cook till thick and clear. Beat 3 egg yolks slightly and blend into hot mixture a little at a time.
Stir constantly- add juice and grated rind of lemon add 3 tsp. butter.
Pour into pie shell. and top with meringue.
