Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large zucchini
    1 medium yellow squash
    1 large onion
    garlic (as much as you like)
Preparation
    Slice zucchini, squash and onion.
    Place in a skillet with enough olive oil to cover the bottom of the pan.
    Saute until almost tender.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Dice 1 large fresh tomato and add to mixture, stirring until tender.
