Green Beans Lyonnaise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh green beans, cut in 1/2-inch pieces
    2 medium onions, thinly sliced
    3 Tbsp. Puritan oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. fresh parsley
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Cook green beans in boiling water until tender.
    Drain and pat dry on paper toweling.
    In skillet, saute onions in hot oil until lightly browned.
    Add green beans, salt and pepper.
    Sprinkle with parsley and lemon juice.
