Vidalia Onion Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Vidalia onions, chopped
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    1 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Saute onions (medium heat) in butter just until clear.
    Layer onions, Parmesan cheese, Mozzarella cheese and Ritz crackers (1/2 of each).
    Repeat layers with other half of the ingredients.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
