Homemade Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 good size potatoes
    1/4 to 1/2 onion (depends on what you like)
    1 tsp. celery seed
    salt to taste
    Tony's Creole seasoning to taste
    garlic powder
    2 c. milk
    1/4 stick butter
Preparation
    Cover potatoes with water (barely).
    Boil until done.
    Leave water; add milk and butter.
    Simmer.
