Enchiladas Santa Fe Style - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1 c. chopped onion
4 Tbsp. chili powder and more to taste
2 cloves garlic, chopped small
1 tsp. oregano (optional)
1 tsp. salt (add more to taste)
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. cumin (optional)
16 oz. Longhorn Cheddar cheese, grated
1 1/2 doz. corn tortillas (mission)
Preparation

In a 6-quart pot, brown hamburger meat with onion.
Add 1 tablespoon flour; stir in meat until brown.
Add 4 quarts of water.
Add 4 tablespoons of chili powder, chopped garlic, 1 teaspoon oregano, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon cumin.
Stir until chili has dissolved in water.
Bring to a boil and let simmer for 20 minutes.
