Pina Colada Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) cartons fat free plain yogurt
    1 pkg. vanilla pudding mix (low-cal if desired)
    1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained well
    1 tsp. coconut extract
    1 tsp. rum extract
    1 c. reduced fat frozen whipped topping, thawed
Preparation
    Mix yogurt and pudding mix in a bowl; stir in pineapple and extracts.
    Fold in whipped topping.
    Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
    Delicious with fruits.
