German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. celery seed
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. chopped, hard-boiled egg
    6 c. sliced, cooked potatoes
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 tsp. water
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
Preparation
    Cook bacon; reserve grease.
    Dry bacon and crumble.
    Fry onions in bacon grease.
    Add in sugar, salt, pepper, flour, vinegar and water.
    Bring to a boil.
    Add in potatoes and bacon. Toss and add in celery seed and parsley.
    Let stand and slightly cool.
    Add in eggs and green pepper.
    Serve warm.
