Dill Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. water
    1/2 c. vinegar
    3 to 4 small onions
    3 to 4 hot red peppers
    1/2 tsp. alum to each jar
    1/4 c. salt
    grapes and grape leaves
    1 clove garlic
    dill
Preparation
    Bring water, sugar and vinegar to a boil.
    Stuff jars with cucumbers, onions, grapes and grape leaves, peppers, garlic and dill.
    Pour brine in jars.
    Seal jars and put in hot water bath for 15 minutes.
