Chili Con Carne With Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 onions, chopped
2 lb. extra-lean ground beef
3 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. ground cumin
2 (14.5 oz.) cans low-sodium tomato sauce
1 c. low-sodium beef broth
2 Tbsp. cocoa powder
2 tsp. oregano
2 cans kidney beans, drained
Preparation

Cook meat and onion. Drain. Add chili powder and cumin. Stir well. Add tomato sauce and broth. Cook, stirring often, 20 minutes. Add cocoa, oregano and beans. Heat through. Serve with a little cheese. Enjoy. Serves 6 to 8.
