Easy Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. yeast
2 beaten eggs
1 c. cold water
3/4 c. sugar
7 c. self-rising flour
1 stick margarine
1/2 c. lukewarm water
1 c. boiling water
3/4 c. shortening
Preparation

Mix eggs, cold water and sugar in a large bowl.
In a small bowl, mix shortening, margarine and boiling water.
Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup lukewarm water.
Mix all together in large bowl; add flour and mix well.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
When ready, knead and roll out on floured board.
Cut out with biscuit cutter. Fold in half and dip in margarine.
Put on baking sheet and bake at 450\u00b0 for 7 to 10 minutes.
