Christmas Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. canned milk
1 pkg. lemon jello
1 3/4 c. liquid
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. vinegar
juice of 1/2 lemon
1/4 tsp. salt
2/3 c. ground raw cranberries
2/3 c. diced Pascal celery
1 1/2 c. unpeeled, diced apples
1/2 c. nuts, chopped fine
Preparation

Blend cream cheese and canned milk until smooth.
Dissolve jello in liquid and add sugar, vinegar, lemon and salt.
When partly congealed, add cheese and milk, blend with last 4 ingredients.
Mold in desired shape.
