Chili Con Queso - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 jalapeno, chopped
    1 small can green chilies, drained and chopped
    pepper
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    12 oz. Monterey Jack, cubed
    1/2 oz. cream
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter.
    Add jalapeno pepper and cook in microwave 5 minutes.
    Add green chilies, Ro-Tel and cheese until melted.
    Finally add cream.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
