Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked chicken, cut in small pieces
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. cooked rice
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained and chopped
3 hard boiled eggs
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 small onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and spread into a casserole dish.
