Chili Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bushel tomatoes, scalded and peeled
    12 green peppers
    6 red peppers (hot)
    12 medium size onions
    3 c. sugar
    1 box brown sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. ground cloves
    1 1/2 Tbsp. nutmeg
    1 1/2 Tbsp. ginger
    1 1/2 Tbsp. allspice
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 bunch celery, cut small
    7 or 8 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. black pepper
    1 qt. vinegar
Preparation
    Put peeled tomatoes through grinder.
    Cook the peppers and onions together with tomatoes for 1 to 2 hours, then add spices. Cook all together for about 2 hours very slow, then add spices and sugar and taste.
    If needed, add more sugar and spices.
    Bottle while very hot.
