Aunt Rose'S Shortbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
    2 eggs
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix butter and sugars; add eggs.
    Beat well.
    Add chopped nuts. Mix flour, soda and salt; add and mix well.
    Divide dough in half. Shape dough in 2 long rolls 2-inches in diameter; wrap in waxed paper.
    Chill overnight.
    Slice 1/8-inch and place on greased cookie sheet.
    Store in airtight container.
