Seafood Kabobs(6 Kabobs) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. olive oil
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
    1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
    2 tsp. snipped parsley
    1 lobster tail (8 oz.), cut in 6 pieces
    6 scallops
    6 shrimp, peeled, deveined and rinsed
    12 large mushroom caps
    18 pieces bacon (4-inch)
    2 sq. green pepper (1-inch)
    6 cherry tomatoes
Preparation
    Wrap each piece of seafood in bacon.
    Thread pieces on 10-inch skewers as follows:
    green pepper, lobster, mushroom, scallop, mushroom, shrimp and green pepper.
    Add a cherry tomato to each skewer during the last five minutes of grilling.
    Grill 3-inches from coals for 10 to 12 minutes or until done, turning and brushing frequently with marinade.
