Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. lukewarm water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 pkg. yeast
    1 egg
    1/4 c. soft shortening
    7 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix water, sugar and salt.
    Add yeast, egg and shortening. Mix in 6 1/2 to 7 cups flour.
    Refrigerate for up to 1 week. When ready to use, form rolls; cover and let rise until double, 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until done, about 12 to 15 minutes.
